The Tmr Zoo – Men’s Entertainment. Devolved!

If you came here looking for another the Philly fans are at it again article, youve come to the wrong place. Why? Because you are reading an article written by someone who was born and bred within the City of Brotherly Loves limits. Im certainly not going to defend Matthew Clemmens, his acts were indefensible. What he did had nothing to do with being a fan of any Philadelphia sports team, it was an individual act committed by a walking, talking and breathing piece of human garbage.

This past Wednesday night, as the Philadelphia Phillies were hosting the Washington Nationals, Michael Vangelo, an Easton, PA Police Captain, took his two daughters for a night out to enjoy a baseball game. Unfortunately, as it sometimes happens, a pair of drunken losers were sitting behind them. As the game progressed and the pair became increasingly more rowdy and drunk, Vangelo reported them and one of them was escorted out. In retaliation for having the guy he shared a brain with ejected from the stadium, Clemens stuck his finger down his throat and tried to vomit on the Vangelo family. There are varying reports as to how successful he was, but it doesnt make the act any less despicable.

Vangelo, and a large group of other Philly Fans in the area, held the piece of garbage down until the police could arrive. Clemens was arrested and charged with 15 counts of different offenses, including resisting arrest. It is unknown exactly how or where he received the black eye you see in his mug shot.

Now comes the easy part ESPN and all of the other national sports and regular media outlets can roll out their standard The Philly Fans are At it Again headline and just plug in the new name and offense. Theyll mention the standard throwing snowballs at Santa Claus and probably roll out something more recent like the booing of Donovan McNabb on draft day.

Give it a rest guys. This was an event that could have happened anywhere and if it did, would never be reported because too much work would be involved for reporters and columnists throughout the country. Theyd actually have to put some effort into the story, and time and effort seem to be at a premium these days in the media.

Im sure in each story written it will never mentioned that it was a pack of fellow Philly fans being vigilant and taking down the fat slob.

I do have a personal message for Mr. Matthew Clemens. You are pretty lucky you werent sitting behind me and my family that night. If you tried to vomit on my son or daughter it would be an ambulance, or a hearse, taking you out of the stadium and not the police. And that is coming from a guy who, based on your lovely mug shot, probably weighs 100 to 150 pounds less than you.

Hes also lucky he didnt do it at an Eagles game those fans would have been much more vigilant.

Go Phils!

While our hands shake nervously and we wait impatiently for the game's shipping, Blizzard throws another stone at us by announcing that the game will also be shipped in a Collectors Edition package.

Here's a fragment of Blizzard's press release stating the other contents, besides the retail version of Starcraft 2 Wings of Liberty, of the Collector's Edition package:

"IRVINE, Calif. April 8, 2010 Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. announced today that its highly anticipated real-time strategy game, StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, will be available both in a standard edition and in a limited-release Collector's Edition packed with exclusive bonus materials. Players who purchase either edition will be able to play online for no additional fee through the new version of Battle.net, the premier online gaming destination for Blizzard Entertainment gamers.

StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty will be available on DVD-ROM for Windows XP/Windows Vista/Windows 7 and Macintosh. The standard edition will sell for a suggested retail price of $59.99 and will also be available shortly after release as a download through the online Blizzard Store. The special Collector's Edition package, which is priced at $99.99 and will only be available at retail stores, will include the following bonus items in addition to the game disc:

5) StarCraft comic book issue #0, a prequel to the comic series;
6) A World of Warcraft mini Thor in-game pet that can be applied to all World of Warcraft characters on a single Battle.net account;
7) Exclusive Battle.net downloadable content, including special portraits for your Battle.net profile, decals to customize your units in-game, and a visually unique version of the terran Thor unit."

Mike Morhaime, CEO and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment added:

After this press release, some of the average user's dilemmas have finally been answered. We now know the price of the game, more or less.

Personally, I really don't know what to say about the EU version of the game. From prior experiences (Starcraft Brood War, Warcraft 3 The Frozen Throne etc), I can assume the EU version of the game will be shipped with a 60 Euros price for the normal version and around 100 Euros for the Collectors Edition.

However, at the moment, we can't speculate anything about the release date of the game since Blizzard didn't share any conclusive information on the subject.

Brock Lesnar Talks Royce Gracie, Heath Herring, And The Fans.

First thing I notice as I step inside the UFC's VIP area is that Brock Lesnar is surrounded by his past, present and future.

On one side is his past, Paul Heyman, aka Paul E. Dangerously, the wrestling mastermind who once managed Lesnar in WWE and is now sitting by his side inside this swank Manhattan nightclub.

On the other side is Lesnar's present and future in the face of UFC president Dana White. As I sit down next to Lesnar, White works the room like a hurricane, shaking hands with everyone in sight on his way out the door to an interview of his own.

Next thing I notice is the strength and size of Lesnar's hands as he grips mine for a shake. I'm pretty sure he could snap my neck in about five seconds if he wanted (and that might be underestimating the pounce by about 4.7 seconds).

"It's not like I walk around the street thinking whose neck I could snap," he says with a smirk when I tell him about my estimation.

"These hands get put to work a couple of times a year, and there are still plenty of people to hurt."

I'm just glad I'm not one of those people.

Jon Robinson: You were on the cover of a WWE game; you were in "Madden"; and now you're on the cover of "UFC Undisputed 2010." Do you know about the legacy you're leaving in the world of video games and how much of a badass they made your character?

Brock Lesnar: It's a fake world, buddy, I don't keep up with that s---. [Laughs] No, I'm honored to be on the cover of this damn thing ["UFC Undisputed 2010"]. I'm glad to be the front man behind this, but the game is just like real life -- any given day, any given opponent, anything can happen.

I'm not a big video game guy, but I saw how good they made me look in the game, so I wanted to check it out. I grew up on Atari and Intellivision, so this is a long way from "Frogger." Think about the technology today and where it is now compared to the games I grew up playing. It's amazing. Where is it going to be 15 years from now?

Jon Robinson: You had a roller-coaster year, from the highs in the Octagon to the lows of your health scare to now you're picked to represent the UFC on the cover of this game. What have the past few months been like for you personally?

Brock Lesnar: I was speechless when they told me I was going to be on the cover. I wasn't even sure if I was ever going to be able to fight again. I was 240 pounds lying there, and now I'm back to 280 pounds and back in the gym kicking ass. I can't wait to get back into the Octagon.

Jon Robinson: How was the fan support while you were sick?

Brock Lesnar: I've put myself in this category as this confrontational person who creates controversy, but for people to grasp what was happening and to be like, "Holy s---, I might never be able to see this guy fight again!" That saddened them more than anything probably. I'm sure some of them said, "I hope that son of a b---- dies." I don't know. I'm sure there are people out there like that, but that's just the way it is. I'm glad THQ decided to have me, and the UFC has really backed me through this whole thing, so it's been great.

Jon Robinson: When you first made the move from WWE to MMA, how skeptical were the MMA fans of your ability?

Brock Lesnar: They didn't cut me any slack. Not at all. They still didn't believe I was worthy after I beat Randy Couture. I still have to make my name, but that's fine. I don't care. I'm getting paid to do something I love.

I remember driving with Curt Hennig when I first got into the wrestling business, and we had just gotten done working a show in St. Louis. We were driving over to the next town and we got a 12-pack of beer, and I remember him flipping on the light and saying, "Can you believe they pay us to do this s---?" I still can't believe it.

Jon Robinson: So for video game fans who might not watch UFC, why should they play as your character in "UFC Undisputed 2010"?

Brock Lesnar: I think people just want a big guy who kicks ass, and so far I've been able to do that in real life.

Jon Robinson: You had a human video game moment when you punched Heath Herring and sent him tumbling. What goes through your mind when you strike somebody that hard and watch as they roll?

Brock Lesnar: Finish the job. And you know what, that was one tough son of a b---- because he took another 14 minutes of ass whuppin' before I put him into retirement. He hasn't fought since I broke his f---ing head. I was surprised when the fight wasn't over after that first punch, but that is one tough dude.

Jon Robinson: Do you see any of the current UFC heavyweights as a threat to you?

Brock Lesnar: Anybody who gets in there has a puncher's chance of winning and that's the beauty of the sport, but at the same time, that's the sport's own demise. If you have a guy who bleeds a lot of talent, he might never get to the top because the puncher's blood took him out of it. In this game today, you have to be ready and prepared for anything in the Octagon. That's the sport.

Jon Robinson: What do you see as your biggest weakness right now?

Brock Lesnar: My hands. I'm constantly working on my hands, I'm constantly working on my ground game, and constantly trying not to get satisfied with where I'm at with my career and where I'm at as an athlete. I'm somewhat happy, but never satisfied.

Jon Robinson: Your last fight ended almost like a WWE promo where you're flipping people off and running around crazy. You got a lot of people talking, but do you think a scene like that is bad for business?

Brock Lesnar: I didn't preplan any of that stuff. That was just pure emotion. They asked me, "What's next?" Well, that was what was at the top of my mind. I just took the microphone, I had to wait 17 months to beat Frank [Mir], and there was just a lot of emotion. An old promoter once said, "Any press is good press." It definitely got a lot of attention.

Jon Robinson: How would you compare Dana White as a boss to Vince McMahon as a boss?

Brock Lesnar: If I had to say one thing about Vince, it would be ruthless. If I had to say something about Dana, it would be diligent and somewhat brilliant. Two different approaches to business. I had a great run with WWE. WWE gave me great visibility, I met my wife there, and I got paid a lot of money; it was just my time to go. I sensed it. I was smart enough to leave. That's the bottom line.

Jon Robinson: Do you ever see yourself going back to WWE as maybe a celebrity guest host of Raw for one night only?

Brock Lesnar: I wouldn't be opposed to it. I'm still focused on my fighting right now, but if the opportunity arose some day, I'd never say never.

Jon Robinson: As an MMA fan, who were some of your favorite fighters to watch?

Brock Lesnar: Back in the day, I was a Royce Gracie fan and a fan of Tank Abbott. It's always the different-looking guys that you want to root for. Then there were guys like Mark Coleman and Randy Couture, so for me to get in there and fight against guys like that is pretty cool.

Jon Robinson: How long do you see yourself fighting?

Brock Lesnar: I just take it one fight at a time. If I'm able to fight and I'm still healthy enough, I'd like to fight. But I'll know when it's time to stop. There is a young group of guys coming in, and I'm just going to keep defending the title as long as I can.

Jon Robinson: I know you've been training hard since you've been back. What percent are you right now?

Brock Lesnar: I'm 100 percent. I just finished up a six-week minicamp, and I'm at the top of my game. I'm exactly where I want to be.

Jon Robinson: So if I'm playing as you in "UFC Undisputed 2010," what's your go-to move?

Brock Lesnar: The right hand, baby. Set it up.

Gears Of War 3 Trailer Analysis

Gears of War 3 was probably the Internets worst kept secret with Xbox Live accidentally releasing a promo advertising it for April next year. Last night Cliff Bleszinski appeared on the Late Show with Jimmy Fallon and screened the first trailer for Gears of War 3 which can be seen below, but what does the trailer show exactly?

Keeping in lines with the videos for both Gears of War and Gears of War 2 the video has a soothing, and almost emotional soundtrack, the song being played this time around is Heron Blue by Sun Kil Moon.

So what can we gather from this video? It looks as if the game is set quite some time after the last title and everyone looks a little more aged with Dom looking as if hes let himself go, no doubt after what happened in the last title to his beloved wife Maria. I think its safe to assume that a good 2/3 years have passed before Gears of War 3 starts.

The video opens up with Dom running through a derilict city that looks like its been hit by a volcano, we can only guess that it will be explained in future video as to why bodies made of ash are lumbering around. Dom also seems like he has given up hope shortly after when he falls to the ground and has a locust aiming a weapon at him but the look on his face gives the impression that hes ready to die.

Marcus appears shortly after and blows the unsuspecting locust away with a double barrelled shotgun, thus introducing a new weapon into the game which Im sure will please all Gears fans across the globe.

A new female COG is introduced into the picture after this which we find to be Anya from the first two games, were assuming that this being the final game in the trilogy its going to be a stand off and everyone left in the human civilisation will be handed a weapon in order to survive. Shortly after we see both Cole and Bairdin the scene all huddled around trying to kill off the enemy, does this mean we will see 5 player co-op in the new title? we certainly hope so!

So we have our 5 heros surrounded by a legion of locusts and then a new beast appears with huge tentacles that can hit you behind cover, oh dear. Weve been informed that this enemy actually shape shifts as well. Not much is known about the new enemy but we think its what forced the locusts underground in the first place.

The only other notable thing about the trailer is everyones wearing sleeveless armour which indicates a summertime feel for the game and also correlates with the Epic Unreal Engine 3 demo at GDC earlier in the year which involved a Brumak running through a jungle.

We look forward to further materials being released later this year.

UPDATE
Thanks the DeadmanDRB on Twitter for pointing out that Dom is wielding a Hammerburst with a Bayonet attachment, hopefully a melee reply to the Chainsaw on the Lancer.
